All TECKOID products are covered by our no nonsense 12 month warranty. If your product develops a fault within the first 12 months, a replacement will be provided. Where no replacement is available, a full refund including any original postage and packaging costs will be issued. On occasions, you may be required you to return the faulty item to us. If so, we will reimburse the return postage costs.

Note: This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The warranty only covers manufacturer faults, it does not cover damage including but not limited to accidental damaged such as water damage. If the item arrived damaged, the standard 30 day returns policy applies.
  • The warranty only covers TECKOID products that were purchased from us (TECKOID) directly. If you purchased a TECKOID product from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly for support or to resolve any issues.
  • The fault must be reported to us within 12 months since the date of purchase.
  • You may be required to provide proof of the original purchase.
  • On occasions, you may be required to return the faulty item to us for inspection. If so, we will reimburse any return postage costs. However, you may be required to provide proof of the return postage costs before a reimbursement is issued. Therefore, it’s essential to keep receipts when posting faulty items back.
  • If a returned item is found to not be faulty, we reserve the right to deny a refund and or a reimbursement for the return postage costs.
